Halls is agent of choice for St Modwen's Worcester projects

Halls Commercial have announced it has been appointed by the UK's leading regeneration specialist St Modwen to market a major industrial estate in Worcester.

Shrub Hill Industrial Estate is a historic 10 acre site comprising a collection of Victorian manufacturing buildings on the outskirts of Worcester city centre, providing a variety of warehouse, workshop and office units suitable for a variety of businesses.

Charlotte Fullard, senior surveyor at Halls Commercial, said businesses would be attracted by the wide range of accommodation and benefits including:

* Established business location.

* Located within walking distance of the city centre, train stations and bus stops.

* Approximately 4 miles to Junction 6 & 7 of the M5 motorway.

* Flexible lease terms available with incentives.

* Excellent on site security and car parking.

She added: "Shrub Hill Industrial Estate is an iconic site on the outskirts of Worcester city centre, providing a variety of warehouse, workshop and office units suitable for numerous businesses. In addition, it has an Enterprise Centre consisting of a number of secure lock-up units which are ideal for smaller and new start-up businesses.

"We are excited to be working with St Modwen as agents for Shrub Hill Industrial Estate and delighted to be the company's agent of choice for all of their properties in Worcester following our success in disposing of the units at the newly developed Great Western Business Park in such a challenging market, with only two units remaining now."

There are currently 17 units available ranging from 513 sq ft to 11,000 sq ft in size. There are also six units available at the Worcester Enterprise Centre.

Halls Commercial provides specialist commercial property services to a wide range of clients throughout the Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire and wider Midlands region.
