GVA's Office Agency team has been appointed to market Lakeside
House, a 101,000 sq ft purpose-built office building located on The
Lakes Business Park, Northampton, close to J15 of the M1
motorway.
The four-storey high quality office building is currently
occupied by National Grid, which is undergoing a relocation
programme within the Midlands and a result the building will be
available for immediate occupation from spring 2012.
GVA advises that there will be 10 years remaining on the
National Grid lease for Lakeside House, which can be assigned to
