UK industrial and distribution specialist Graftongate has been
appointed as development partner for a new major industrial design
and build opportunity at Highlands Park, Solihull.
The site, which has frontage to both Stirling Road and Radway
Road, comprises two adjoining development plots capable of
accommodating industrial/warehouse facilities from 13,000sq ft to
56,000sq ft.
The location has already proved popular and has attracted
occupiers including John Lewis, Arcadia and Farmfoods. Trade
