The Nottingham office of national law firm, Gateley has advised
on an initial £3 million private equity investment by
Scottish Equity Partners (SEP) for Edwalton based mobile patient
communication business, Exco InTouch.
The deal, led by Austin Moore, corporate partner in Gateley's
Nottingham office and supported by corporate solicitor Toby
Preston, provides Exco InTouch with the funds needed to accelerate
expansion and take advantage of significant growth opportunities in
the clinical technology sector. Martin Bodenham of Advantage
Corporate Finance provided the corporate finance advice to Exco
InTouch.
