Friar Gate Studios has welcomed a unique new business to its
expanding creative community.
Ten Years Younger Formula, which is the first business of its
kind in the East Midlands, has taken up a hot desk facility within
the Studios on Ford Street.
The company, which was established in January by Jim Brawn,
helps people improve their body confidence through a tailor-made
programme consisting of four key elements; exercise, nutrition and
sleep/fatigue management. This is supplemented by active lifestyle
coaching.
The move represents a significant phase in the company's growth
- it is Ten Years Younger Formula's first professional office
space, having previously operated from Jim's home office.
Jim, who is the company's principal and head coach, has devised
a unique programme that focuses on the four key elements, which
make up a sustainable and healthy way for people to meet their body
confidence goals. Jim guarantees measurable success by the end of
the programme or his team will work with their client at no
additional cost until success is achieved.
The company also promotes an active lifestyle as an integral
part of their programmes and runs a number of Active Lifestyle
Events throughout the year, which are open to all and free of
charge.
