The Nottingham office of real estate adviser, DTZ together with
joint agent, Lambert Smith Hampton has let a Leicester city centre
office to Heart of England Training.
A 15 year lease has been agreed on 4,166 sq ft of office space
at James House, located on Welford Road. DTZ, who are also the
managing agent for the property, acted on behalf of the landlord,
Glanmore Property Fund Ltd.
Heart of England Training specialises in apprenticeships and
vocational training and will be using the premises as a training
centre for hairdressing, beauty therapy, business administration,
ICT and a variety of day courses. The property is currently
undergoing a fit out with the aim of being fully operational by
early 2012.
