Derby's Derwent Business Centre, has launched its new website
and a special offer for new tenants wanting to join the start-up
and growing businesses who already have workspaces there.
The website - www.derwentbc.co.uk - includes an extensive
gallery of the centre's stunning work environment in a converted
Victorian warehouse and showcases its unique spaces and character.
To mark the launch, prospective new tenants are being offered up
to three months free rent followed by three months half price.
Centre manager Rachel Hopwell says: "The Derwent Business Centre
offers small and growing companies fantastic surroundings to work
in, and I hope the new website portrays that. Our new offer is a
fantastic opportunity for start-ups and small firms looking to move
into professional accommodation, who perhaps need a few months to
get their businesses going before paying our full rental
rates."
Derwent Business Centre tailors for a range of requirements with
three levels of multi-purpose space, including office, studio and
conference room accommodation. Various business units are
available, from 28 square metres (304 sq ft) to 168 square metres
(1,806 sq ft).
Sustainable developer Blueprint, well known for its major urban
regeneration schemes such as Nottingham Science Park and Phoenix
Square in Leicester, has made significant investment in Derby and
recently restored a number of historic buildings in the City's
Cathedral Quarter.
The building is part of Blueprint's £19 million property
portfolio, which includes estates across Derby and Derbyshire and
the rest of the East Midlands.
