Super Premium British gin brand Martin Miller's has signed up
Citypress to handle its UK PR account.
Entrepreneur Martin Miller, along with two friends, created the
eponymous gin in 1998 and they have since taken the brand global,
with distribution in the US and throughout Europe.
Made with Icelandic spring water, the award-winning gin is
marketed as 'English distilled, Iceland chilled' and is produced in
small batches in a distillery in the Black Country, using a blend
of 10 different hand-picked botanicals and essential oils.
Reporting to brand's distributor and owning company The Reformed
Spirit Group, Citypress will be building on Martin Miller's
reputation among top bars and leading mixologists by targeting
consumers all over the UK.
The account will be managed by Holly Jones, account manager at
Citypress in Birmingham, who has relevant previous experience
working with widely recognised consumer and food and drink
brands.
Holly Jones said: "Sales of Martin Miller's in the on-trade have
more than doubled over the past year as the market for premium gin
and spirits continues to grow. We will be using a range of PR
tactics to highlight the role Martin Miller's has played in the gin
renaissance of recent years and attract a new generation of
discerning spirits drinkers to the brand."
