BSS Industrial has congratulated winner Joseph Ogle of Bailey Building Services after his success at SkillPIPE 2011 following its third year as sponsor. The leading distributor yet again donated materials such as pipes, valves and BOSS consumables which were used in practical challenges throughout the competition.  

This year's event was held in Leeds alongside the UK finals of SkillELECTRIC, SkillFRIDGE, SkillPLUMB and SkillBUILD. The six finalists battled through three days of gruelling tests designed to test their skills in pipe fitting and welding.

SkillPIPE 2011 is run by SummitSKILLS, the sector skills council for building services engineering and promotes excellence across the M&E sector.
