Boom time for Safari Park

West Midland Safari Park is planning to hold their biggest and best firework display and bonfire in response to the huge following it has generated for over 25 years. This annual event, renamed as the Firework Festival, will have more fireworks than ever before and will be held on Saturday, 5th November 2011.

The music that will accompany this lavish firework extravaganza will be based around themes from the very best in Animal Movies. It opens with the dramatic theme from Jaws and leads on to classics from The Jungle Book and Madagascar. The finale will see stunning tonal firework effects rarely seen in this country that will represent the rising sun in "Circle of Life" - the emotive opening track from the Lion King.

As well as spectacular fireworks and bonfire, there are late-night rides, safari illuminations, discovery trail, sea lion show and a range of refreshments including a hog roast, as well as a bar and disco in Treetops Pavilion.

In addition, there is a great offer on tickets purchased in advance up to 7.00pm, Friday 4th November 2011. Admission only tickets cost £8.25, whilst combined Admission and Wristband tickets cost £16.50. Saving up to 25% on tickets bought on the day. Buy tickets and see video online at www.wmsp.co.uk/firework

On the day admission costs £11.00 per person, with adult wristbands costing an extra £11.50, whilst child wristbands cost an extra £10.99.
