West Midlands law firm QualitySolicitors Talbots announced its
new service for employers, 'CoPe', a service dedicated to helping
local employers deal with the challenges of ever changing and
complex employment legislation.
For larger organisations, employment law matters are dealt with
by a human resources department - however, QualitySolicitors
Talbots recognise that this is not the case for many
businesses.
"We recognise that for many companies, a full-time human
resources person is something of a luxury" said Martyn Morgan,
QualitySolicitors Talbots' Senior Partner. "However this does not
excuse them from complying with the various pieces of employment
legislation bestowed on every employer".

the employer" comments Jayne Holliday, Legal Executive. "For over

of Hadens in Walsall and Rowley Ashworth in Birmingham.
