One of the Black Country's oldest names in commercial property Folkes Holdings Ltd has unveiled its newly refurbished offices at Copthall House, Stourbridge.

The Lye, West Midlands based group showed off its flagship Copthall House to Stourbridge MP Margot James during a visit to the New Road offices on the Stourbridge ring-road, a short distance away from the town centre.

Meeting with Folkes Holdings' property director Andrew Parker, Margot James MP praised Copthall House for its quality building, highlighting the benefits for local businesses looking to move closer to the heart of the town centre.

She said: "Stourbridge is a very good place to work and to do business, and it is so important we encourage economic growth in the town. I was really impressed with the quality of business space that Copthall House offers and hope that businesses looking to move will take advantage of this opportunity."

Offices available to let at the four-storey building include a 4,222 sq ft second floor suite and three third floor units of 1,905 sq ft, 865 sq ft or 916 sq ft.

With flexible leasehold terms and ample on site parking, Copthall House has already attracted leading companies including Baldwins Accountants and the Institute of Career Guidance.

Its recent refurbishment has seen the fourth floor split into three suits to provide greater space and flexibility for occupiers. The building also offers a fully serviced lift, male and female toilets and kitchen facilities on each floor with double glazed windows and gas fired central heating throughout.

Folkes Holdings' Andrew Parker said: "Copthall House is a prominent building on Stourbridge ring road. It will particularly appeal to small businesses looking for modern space or for those looking to be closer to town centre amenities. It is ideal for those in the professional, training or recruitment sectors."

Copthall House is just eight minutes drive away from J3 and J4 of the M5. Competitive rates are being quoted at just £8.75 per sq ft.
