Leading Banbury legal firm Spratt Endicott is celebrating its
recent success in this year's Legal 500, which saw three of the
firm's divisions build upon last year's achievements with yet
another rise in tiers.
Spratt Endicott's Corporate and Commercial, Private Client
(Personal Tax, Trusts and Probate) and Real Estate (Commercial
Property) divisions all moved up another tier and senior partners
John Spratt and David Endicott were both recognised as
'outstanding'. With over 45 years' experience, David Endicott's
'subject knowledge is second to none' while the firm itself
impressed Legal 500 adjudicators with 'its professional and
effective approach, varied expertise and sensible fee
structure'.
Published for over 20 years, the Legal 500 is a client's guide
to the capabilities of individual law firms and essentially acts as
a recommendation of the best legal services providers in over 100
countries.
John Spratt comments: "We have enjoyed great success over the
past year, which has resulted in us experiencing a substantial
increase in work and a jump in our Legal 500 rating. The Legal 500
is a positive recommendation of the best legal firms that the UK
has to offer and our success in last year and 2011's results only
showcase the cost-effective and professional legal services that we
offer clients.
"Although we are delighted to see all of our hard work pay off
with these tier increases, we intend to further expand on this
year's Legal 500 success by continuing to provide consistent
high-quality advice in advance of next year's results."
Spratt Endicott's three tier-jumping divisions were not the only
teams to achieve recognition in this year's Legal 500. Hitendra
Patel of Spratt Endicott's Corporate and Commercial team, Dispute
Resolution Associate Caroline Gibbs and Andrew Woods & Guy
Stephenson of the Property team were also recommended. Furthermore,
the law firm's Real Estate team's 'depth of experience' was found
to deliver 'London-level experience at significantly lower
rates'.
Within the second tier, Spratt Endicott's 'excellent and
experienced' Debt Recovery team was identified as providing
recovery services to a number of high street banks and clients in
the retail and education sectors with 'invaluable' experience from
departmental head Martin Hughes.
Spratt Endicott's Human Resources team, led by Carol Shaw who
acts as an employment tribunal advocate, was also identified as
'impressive'. Ms Shaw's 'comprehensive expertise' and 'quick grasp
of clients' needs' enforce the team's growing client base, which
now includes businesses from the advertising, manufacturing and
security industries.
