for further expansion by announcing a merger with Boston based

Vicarage, Church Close, Boston, will transfer to Sills &
Betteridge's existing offices at Main Ridge West, Boston.
Richard Tinn will become a partner and will help strengthen the
firm's commercial department.
"We very much welcome this merger. Richard Tinn is a very
experienced, well known and well respected solicitor in Boston. His
arrival will significantly raise our profile in Boston. The
addition of his client base to ours will provide us with an
opportunity to expand significantly the Boston practice" said
Andrew Payne, Sills & Betteridge' senior partner.
Richard Tinn said:-
"Joining Sills & Betteridge will allow us to help our
clients by taking advantage of the wider range of skills and
resources in a large firm. I also look forward to being able to
help develop the practice of Sills & Betteridge in Boston and
the surrounding area. The merger will enable existing clients of
both firms and new clients to have the best of both worlds:
receiving comprehensive advice with a high standard of service and
client care".

Green Solicitors in Skegness and is to expand its offices in
