Rainbow Dust, the supplier of cake-decorating products to Harvey
Nichols, Waitrose and HobbyCraft, has doubled its
business-to-business sales since appointing APC Overnight to
deliver it's goods nationwide. Rainbow Dust sells coloured
sugarcraft consumables to customers throughout the UK, through its
online store.
"The reliability of the next day delivery service is important
for growing our business, so much so that we are pleased to report
that the business has doubled in size over the last three years -
and that's during a recession. The service is flawless and it is

For speedy order fulfilment, Rainbow Dust uses a clever
web-based system to book collections and to print despatch labels.
The system also provides parcel tracking and proof of delivery,
which helps with answering customer order and delivery
queries.

retail division, Have Your Cake and Eat It, supplies sugarcraft
goods directly to the public through its online store.
