A key team member at a local firm of property specialists has
been appointed to a prominent position within the lettings
industry.
Dawn Clarke, a Director of Shropshire-based Nock Deighton, has
been named as the Shropshire and Staffordshire Regional
Representative of professional body ARLA (The Association of
Residential Letting Agents).
The role will see Dawn, who is Nock Deighton's Head of Lettings
and Property Management, become the main point of contact for other
ARLA member agents throughout the two counties and be on hand to
offer advice and guidance for any queries they have. It also
involves her organising regular regional meetings, where members
can discuss the key issues affecting the local property market, and
acting as the 'face' of ARLA in the region for media enquiries.
"This is a great opportunity for me to lend a helping hand to
regulated lettings agents throughout Shropshire and Staffordshire
and I'm thoroughly looking forward to the challenge," Dawn Clarke
explained. "I'm really keen to use my time in the role to increase
ARLA membership locally, as fully licensed lettings agents are
bound to a strict code of conduct and really do provide the public
with a more professional, customer focused service."
Michael Nettleton, Director of Nock Deighton, commented: "It is
testament to Dawn's expertise and professionalism that ARLA has
taken the step to appoint her to this prominent position. We are
sure she will do a first-rate job and represent the best interests
of other lettings agents across the region."
Founded in 1831, Nock Deighton is one of the Midlands' most
well-established and respected firms of estate agents, lettings
agents, chartered surveyors, block management agents, and
auctioneers. The company stands at the forefront of the modern
property sector by embracing up-to-the-minute technology and
industry best practice, and has a firm focus on achieving the very
best results through a full range of specialist property-related
services and dedicated staff.
