Offices unveiled at edge of New Forest

A wide range of businesses could be attracted to an office suite on the edge of the New Forest, near Southampton, after a comprehensive refurbishment.

The offices in Totton, Hampshire, are available to let through national commercial agency BNP Paribas Real Estate on behalf of Worcestershire-based Barberry Developments.

Barberry has unveiled 3,400 sq ft of high quality office space at 27 Salisbury Road, located in Totton's district centre within a retail parade that includes Lloyds Pharmacy, a Post Office and a number of estate agencies. The property is also close to Totton College, one of the larger educational establishments in the Southampton area.

The office suite has the benefit of a planning consent for a wide range of uses and may suit a restaurant, office occupier, medical and health centre, educational and training facility, or a leisure user such as a gym or fitness centre.

Barberry director Henry Belfield said: "When we acquired the property we refurbished the ground floor, which had been a supermarket, and that is now occupied by Countrywide Farmers. The first floor, a former snooker club, has now been modernised to a high standard."

The offices are available by way of a new lease at a rent of £11 per sq ft. Incentives are available to any interested occupier. The self-contained office suite has a private staircase from street level and includes a kitchen, air conditioning, electronic voice entry system, male, female and disabled WC facilities, and free parking in large local car parks.

Henry added: "We have invested a lot of money in a high quality refurbishment of the premises to ensure that it provides modern, light and spacious accommodation."
