"The qualification covers all the techniques for today's motor industry, from health and safety, individual and fleet sales deals, to valuing vehicles for part exchange, monitoring the delivery of vehicles to customers, customer service and teamwork in the business.

"It means that when Furrows customers meet Nick and Philip, they know they are in highly competent, extremely experienced hands."
