Wells McFarlane, one of the East Midlands' leading commercial

the final letting at Upper Bruntingthorpe Industrial Estate, South
Leicestershire to healthy drinks provider, Thirsty People Ltd.
Thirsty People supplies a range of healthy drinks, smoothies,
water and other vending options to secondary schools and further
education colleges, all of which meet the School Food Trust
criteria. The company required a new premises with good access to
the motorway network, as its principle trading area extends across
the Midlands and down to the South East, as well as ample space to
facilitate storage and movement of stock.
