A West Midlands (Solihull) businessman has launched a new
consultancy firm to help companies and public sector organisations
improve performance through effective change management.
Abeo Verto has been formed by Richard Gotch, who has over 25
years experience in commerce, covering operational management and
HR, specialising in change management, continual improvement and
organisational design and development.
The new company will harness Richard's experience of working as
both an independent consultant and a director for a fortune Top 20
performing organisation, by advising businesses on how to bolster
results through organisation and cultural change
programmes.
"The commercial world is a very different place since the credit
crisis and in today's highly competitive marketplace companies can
either embrace change or run the risk of being left behind," said
Richard. "Abeo Verto means 'change and transform' in Latin and by
working in partnership with client businesses we can help bring
this about by putting in place effective better processes, working
environments and organisational structures, under the governance of
good project management."
Whilst cost saving benefits often result from a change
management programme, Abeo Verto is equally focused on improving
customer service, changing internal behaviours and helping business
leaders realise their long term vision.
"Just as Darwin discovered species had to evolve to survive we
firmly believe that organisations have to do the same if they are
to avoid being the "dodo" of the commercial world," added
Richard.
Abeo Verto is targeting organisations across the financial
services, general services and manufacturing sectors and has
already started working for a leading global agro chemical
company.
As well as Richard Gotch, the company has brought on-board a
number of associate consultants including Fiona Tordoff, Paul Tuck
and Andy Bown, three highly experienced sector specialists.
