Serviced office space company Pure Offices Ltd has appointed a
centre manager for its new office development in Oldbury, West
Midlands.
Stella Broster joins Pure Offices from her marketing role at
RNIB (Royal National Institute for the Blind) Pears Centre for
Specialist Learning, where she was relationship officer.
Stella is a qualified CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing)
practitioner and lives in Smethwick, West Midlands.
Stella began her career in the finance sector working for
companies including investment company Charles Schwab, moving into
the legal sector in office managerial, marketing and events roles
and business development with international law firms including
Eversheds and Wragge & Co.
For six years, Stella also ran an independent production company
with her husband, making documentaries on specialist subjects
including the Classic Doctor Who range of DVDs, of which Stella
helped to create over 50 films, including producing and
interviewing the stars.
"I'm really looking forward to working with Pure Offices to make
the Oldbury Centre a success", says Stella. "Our serviced office
centre in Leamington Spa opened two years ago and is buzzing. The
serviced offices are a perfect fit for small independent companies,
as we offer a reasonably priced, modern space with high spec
interiors, broadband, secure parking and a plug and play solution,
so new businesses walking through the door will be able to switch
on and go.
"This is an excellent location in Sandwell, right next to
Sandwell and Dudley railway station with Wolverhampton and
Birmingham minutes away, and with the M5 junction 2 linking with
the Midlands motorway network just two miles away, the daily
commute is cut down. With Oldbury town centre and the large
Sainsbury's within easy walking distance, busy entrepreneurs who
take space at the Oldbury centre will get their weekends back."
Roger Thomas, Centre Manager at Pure Offices, said; "We're
delighted to welcome Stella to Pure Offices. Stella has such a
variety of experience with both running her own small business and
working within large teams, that I feel she is a great fit for
Pure. Stella has been working alongside the building constructors
Barnwood for the last few weeks and she will be at the centre to
offer help advice to tenants together with assisting with the
smooth running of the centre from day one. With her entrepreneurial
background, Stella fully understands the niggling problems that
SMEs can encounter and will be on hand to put them
right."
The Oldbury Centre is located on the junction of Broadwell Road
and the A4034 Bromford Road, Oldbury and opens on Monday 3rd
October 2011.
