Derby-based Esker, the leader in document process automation
solutions, has announced that Neopost France, a subsidiary of the
Neopost Group, European leader and number two worldwide supplier of
mailing solutions, has chosen to integrate Esker technology and
infrastructure to launch its own mail on-demand service.
This new offer will enable Neopost France customers to send mail
(invoices, customer communications, reminder letters, etc.) from
their business applications 24/7 via the Internet.
Customers will benefit from a completely outsourced mailing
solution where mail is printed, folded and stuffed into envelopes,
stamped and delivered to the postal service, directly from their
computer, with just a few clicks.
The Esker technology enables Neopost to enrich its current
portfolio with value-added services for document management
including the sending of standard or registered mail and online
archiving.
Through this strategic OEM partnership, Esker, whose Northern
European headquarters is based on the Wyvern Business Park in
Derby, will now provide Neopost with a complete application.
This will include the sending of standard and registered mail as
well as an on-demand archiving solution; a virtual printer and web
interface connected to mail services online; cloud-based
infrastructure from three data centres in the U.S, France and
Australia, along with eight production facilities in the U.S,
France, Australia, Spain, Singapore, the UK and Belgium.
Jean-François Badet, CEO of Neopost France,
explained:
"Our customers' expectations of the mail value chain have
evolved over the years. Productivity, reactivity and traceability
are vital elements for the competitiveness of a company and Neopost
solutions must be able to address these needs.
"The Esker mail on-demand solution meets our requirements
perfectly and has successfully proven itself over the past few
years with large accounts in France and the United States. This
solution is the missing link which will enable our customers to
address their mail stream automation needs from end to end."
Eric Thomas, VP International Business Development Manager at
Esker, added:

expertise, our goal is to deliver a comprehensive mail automation

equipment and enables substantial productivity gains."
