The Birmingham office of national commercial property
consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has expanded its recovery
team with the appointment of Sarah Williams to work on property
receiverships.
Sarah has worked at LSH in Birmingham since 2006 and in that
time she has worked on asset valuations for major clients including
Stafford Borough Council and West Midlands Ambulance Service as
well as a variety of valuation work for loan security, acquisition
and company accounts purposes. She is an RICS registered valuer and
surveyor and a trainee member of NARA - the Association of Property
and Fixed Charge Receivers.
In her new role she will join the recovery team within LSH's
valuation department. She will work alongside Roger Buncombe,
registered property receiver and Fellow of NARA. Her role will be
to carry out recovery work, dealing with Law and Property Act
receivership cases and carrying out strategy reports of distressed
properties.
Roger Buncombe said, "Sarah is a welcome addition to our team,
which now has more than 25 years experience in the property market.
She brings with her the experience of working on recovery
strategies over the challenging recessionary period."
