Leading Employment Barrister joins St Philips Chambers

St Philips is delighted to welcome specialist Employment Barrister Tariq Sadiq from Devereux Chambers in London.

Tariq is consistently recognised as a leading Employment Barrister by Chambers UK Guide and the Legal 500 and is the Midlands Representative of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA).

Called to the Bar in 1993, Mr Sadiq is appointed to several prestigious Panels of Counsel for employment law including the Attorney General's Treasury Panel, the Attorney General's Panel of Special Advocates, the Welsh Government Panel of Counsel and the Equality and Human Rights Commission's Panel of Preferred Counsel. He has high level "developed vetting" (DV) security clearance.

Mr Sadiq's clients include hedge funds, investment banks, law firms, leading private companies, the BBC, NHS Trusts, Universities, Police Forces, local authorities, various UK Government departments, the Welsh Assembly, the EHRC and major trade unions.
