Enoch Evans LLP is proud to announce that they are now full members of the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).

The Law Society recognises that all CQS members are providing a standard for Residential Conveyancing practices. The scheme is in place in order to create a trusted community of firms, which will help in deterring fraud and increase Conveyancing standards. Being accepted for membership means that Enoch Evans LLP has been recognised to be adhering to good practice management standards and efficient Conveyancing procedures through the scheme protocol. The Land Registry has also welcomed the scheme as a step in the right direction to recognising high standards.

Jeremy Cooke, Residential Conveyancing Partner commented, "the Conveyancing market is extremely crowded and we are very happy to have this accreditation in order to stand out from the crowd. Buying a home is one of the most expensive purchases that one makes and our clients have trusted us through generations, being a member of the CQS will certainly strengthen that trust"
