The Midlands board of the Investment Property Forum held its annual drinks reception, sponsored by Hortons Estate, in Birmingham at the Berlioz restaurant in The Burlington Hotel.

IPF Midlands board member Adrian Watson welcomed guests and said the the IPF's membership across the region had continued to grow throughout the downturn and further improved by ten per cent in the last year. The IPF had launched reports in the Midlands by organisations such as the IPD and De Montford University's Property Lending Survey. He added that the IPF Annual Dinner to be held on Thursday, October 6, had sold out which further underpinned the standing of the IPF in the commercial property marketplace.
