Exam success for Moore Thompson trainees

Five trainee accountants from Moore Thompson Chartered Accountants are a step closer to qualifying after passing their recent ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) exams.

Jenny Cousins and Clive Himsworth from the Audit, Accounts and Tax Department at the firm's Wisbech office both received two exam passes.

Jenny has only one paper remaining, while Clive has five papers remaining before completing the ACCA qualifications.

Fellow colleague in the Wisbech office, Lorna Larham has passed her Level 2 AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification and has begun her Level 3.

In addition, Emma Wilson, from the Audit and Accounts Department at the Spalding office received one exam pass in her ACCA exams. She has six papers left to complete.

Meanwhile Craig Tolliday, who works in the Tax Department in Spalding, recently passed his latest ATT (Association of Taxation Technicians) exam.  He has one paper remaining.

Craig Reid, Training Partner at the firm, said: "Congratulations to every trainee who worked very hard to pass their latest set of exams.

"Many of them are now only a few small steps away from becoming fully fledged accountants or tax technicians."
