Coventry City is ensuring young Sky Blues supporters have the
best view in the house whenever they attend games.
The club has launched a new booster seat back-pack which
youngsters can place onto a standard stadium seat to raise their
position by 20cm.
It aims to eliminate the problem of young supporters having
their view obstructed by taller adults sat in front of them.
The booster seat can also be used as a standard back-pack for
small items and has a separate insulated section for a drinks
bottle.
It was inspired by a similar product featured on the BBC's The
Apprentice earlier this year and features an eye-catching sky blue
and white cover and sports the CCFC crest. The seat insert can also
be removed and the bag machine washed.
Justin Tose, CCFC retail manager, said: "It's a common problem
across the country I'm sure we are all familiar with from our days
either as young football supporters or parents.
"The excited youngster takes their seat in the stadium only to
have the view of the pitch blocked by the head of the taller adult
in front of them.
"This booster seat back-pack provides the perfect solution and
will ensure our young fans do not miss a second of the action.
"We are always looking at ways of improving the matchday
experience for everyone from our youngest fans right through to our
oldest, and we hope the launch of this product is another step in
the right direction."
The booster seat back-pack is available for just £19.99
and can be purchased from the CCFC Superstore, at the Ricoh Arena,
or from City Central, in Sherbourne Arcade.
