Breakfast.
Sue Warwick, National Sales and Marketing Director of Miller
Homes said: "Our latest national campaign is all about opening
doors for our customers. We believe that moving house needn't
be a mere pipedream and have a team of experts on hand to offer
guidance to househunters and make that dream move achievable.
"We're hoping to make September a month to remember and have a
number of cash prizes on offer as well as a main prize of
£2,500 for one lucky visitor to our developments or Facebook
page. We like to have a bit of fun with our campaigns and thought
who better to deliver our main cash prize than Cheggers himself?!
"
"Over the coming weeks, our wide range of purchase incentives
will be creating opportunities for buyers looking to move
nationwide. We pride ourselves on being able to help the
househunters of today no matter what challenges they may face, and
our purchase incentives play a vital part in making that dream home
a reality.
A wide range of incentives are on offer at Miller Central in
Northcote to help as many buyers onto or up the property ladder as
possible during the campaign period.
Miller Homes is encouraging customers to take advantage of a
core range of incentives put in place to get people moving,
including Miller's exclusive part exchange scheme MiSwap, FirstBuy
and MiFamily Deposit.
Firstbuy is a scheme designed to help first time buyers into
affordable home ownership and is expected to assist around 10,500
buyers onto the property ladder over the next two years.
Buyers qualifying for the scheme will have the opportunity to
select one of the Firstbuy properties available from Miller Homes
and will be able to purchase 100 per cent of their home by paying
up to 80 per cent of the value now, with both Miller Homes and the
Government equally funding the remaining 20 per cent in the form of
an equity loan.
MiFamily Deposit is the scheme that rewards family members that
assist new buyers with their deposit.
The scheme enables family members to fund deposits of up to 20
per cent of the property purchase price. Unlike other schemes in
the marketplace, the family member will earn the equivalent of five
years' interest at five per cent on their investment, which will be
paid in a lump sum to them when the purchaser legally completes the
sale.
The MiSwap Home Exchange scheme is unique to Miller Homes
and allows buyers to swap their old home for a brand new
Miller Home, even if there is no difference between the value of
the two, subject to a qualifying criteria.
This marks a radical departure from traditional part exchange
exchanges which usually require a home owner to purchase a property
worth at least 30 per cent more than their existing home to
qualify.
