Capital & Regional has appointed Roy Greening as General
Manager at the Waterside Shopping Centre, Lincoln's premier retail
shopping destination.
He has over 30 years of retail experience including five years
with Capital & Regional and 25 years in a number of senior
management positions at Safeway and Reliance Security Services.
Roy will be the primary point of contact for the Waterside
Shopping Centre's retailers, shoppers and local community. He will
be responsible for all aspects of centre operations and
performance, managing the on-site team as well as a number of
service providers, including cleaning and security.
Commenting on his new role, Roy said: "This is a fantastic
opportunity and I am very proud to be looking after such a
successful and well regarded centre. I am looking forward to
leading the team here andcontinuing to deliver a great shopping
environment that enables our retailers to deliver top quality
service to their customers."
The Waterside's store portfolio currently includes: New Look,
Topshop, Primark and Goldsmiths.
