Leading catering butchers Midland Foods has achieved an
incredible 97% in their British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global
Standard for Food Safety Report.
The BRC report evaluated all areas of food safety at Midland
Foods, including their Food Quality Plan, Food Quality Management
systems, Site Standards, Product Control and Process Control.
Midland Foods excelled in all areas of the report - including
outstanding comments on the standard of design and maintenance of
their premises. Praise was given to the open and positive attitudes
demonstrated by the company representatives.
Managing Director of Midland Foods, Russell Heptinstall, says,
