Two Birmingham-based companies have joined forces to help new
Harborne homeowners settle in.
Birmingham Properties Group, the developers of Harborne Central,
is working with local interior designers Nook to help buyers put
their stamp on their new property.
Harborne Central, a complex of luxury townhouses and apartments
on Harborne high street, is offering a £2,500 interior design
incentive with every townhouse.
John Tebbutt, managing director of Birmingham Properties Group,
said: "When people buy a house the first thing they want to do is
make it their own. Nook's offer gives homeowners lots of
flexibility to shape the interior to their tastes and needs. By
picking and choosing items from Nook's high street store or one of
its many suppliers, buyers can make their house feel like a home in
no time."
Hayley Davis, owner of Nook Interior Design, said: "We are
really pleased to be collaborating with Birmingham Properties Group
on the Harborne Central development. It's a great incentive for any
new homeowner to have the services of an interior designer, and
it's exciting for us to help the customer create their dream
home.
"Homeowners can use the £2,500 as they wish. This could be
anything from choosing fabrics and wallpapers to making curtains or
sourcing soft furnishings and furniture. So, if a buyer already has
the big pieces of furniture they need, they can spend the money on
lots of little finishing touches such as headboards, lighting,
vases and wall art."
Potential buyers can view the spacious townhouses at a preview
event on Saturday 24th September, from 10am-5pm.
John said: "Harborne has a traditional village feel with
wonderful facilities. It is in an excellent location and is very
accessible to Birmingham city centre and Queen Elizabeth
Hospital."
Harborne Central is a development of 80 properties comprising of
16 townhouses and 64 apartments. Townhouses are priced from
£239,995, while apartments are priced from £139,995.
All houses have a private patio and the three bedroom homes also
have amazing private roof terraces. The development has appealed to
professionals, both local and those moving to Birmingham for the
first time.
