A local online auction business that enables construction
companies and other firms to buy and sell high-quality used plant
and equipment has launched an exciting new service for its global
clients.
Shrewsbury-based Mr Machinery (www.mrmachinery.com) has
introduced an interactive 'Live Helpdesk' which allow buyers and
sellers to post any queries they have before, during and after any
of its fortnightly reserved online auctions, and get a swift
response from one of the firm's customer service team.
Mark Bacon, Managing Director of Mr Machinery, explained:
"Buyers and sellers have a wide variety of queries, from basic
questions about how to go about placing a bid or selling an item,
to more technical enquiries about a particular piece of machinery.
Our interactive Live Helpdesk is a simple, user-friendly way for
them to raise any issues they have and receive a prompt
response.
"All they need to do is click the icon at the bottom right-hand
side of any page of the website, which will open up an interactive
chat box where they can discuss any aspect of the auction with one
of our experts."
Mr Machinery is a dedicated online auction portal offering a
unique platform for the sale and purchase of used plant machinery.
