Toys 'R' Us, Britain's Biggest Toy Megastores, are set to open a
brand new store in Birmingham next month.
The arrival of Toys 'R' Us is yet another major store to
re-ignite interest in the rejuvenated St Andrews Shopping Park,
situated in the heart of Birmingham, one minute from Bordesley
Circus on the Ring Road (A4540) and just to the east of the City
centre.
Britain's Biggest Toy Megastores plan to open their new store in
St Andrews Shopping Park on Thursday 8th September celebrating with
a Grand opening Event on Saturday 10th September.
Birmingham's' friendly new store will be completely dedicated to
toys, bikes, video games, educational learning toys, electronic
gadgets and a stunning collection of baby products. The new store,
which is an incredible 20,000 square feet, will create around 50
new jobs.
The store plans to have the biggest range of this years hottest
Christmas must-haves including Disney Cars 2, Lego, Transformers,
interactive best friend Fijit, Power Rangers, Samurai, Hello Kitty
and Barbie Hairtastic Salon to name just a few.
And it's not just toys, the store will be a favourite for games
consoles and video games including PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and
Nintendo 3DS, plus Toys 'R' Us will have new and old favourites
including Skylanders, Mario and Sonic games. Music fans and movie
lovers will have a choice of I-Pods, MP3 players, Karaoke
Machines and portable DVD players to choose from as the store has
so many exciting ranges planned.
The Family Bike Centre will stock all styles of mountain bikes,
road bikes and popular children's battery powered ride-ons and
toddler trikes. Expert and knowledgeable Product Advisors will be
on-hand to give helpful advice and a FREE bike building service if
required. There will also be a large selection of outdoor
play equipment.
New parents and expectant mothers will also find a vast
selection of baby products available within the Babies R Us section
of the store with car seats, buggies, travel systems, cots,
highchairs and bedding - everything a new Mum could ever need.
Jackie Pointon, the new Store Manager at Toys 'R' Us, St Andrews

a roof and a floor, we will really work hard over the next few
weeks to get the store fully fitted and stocked up".
