Property Team; Jonathan Ritson
Residential Conveyancing solicitor, Jonathan Ritson, joins West
Midlands law firm Talbots Solicitors with the aim of putting his
knowldge of clay pigeon and game shooting to good use!
Formerly Senior Partner of Hall Pratt & Prichard, Jonathan
has worked in and around the Black Country for nearly twenty years.
During his time at Hall Pratt & Pritchard, he gained experience
in a number of practice areas but specialised in Residential and
Commercial Conveyancing after his appointment as Senior Partner in
2006.
"I have been practising in Wolverhampton since 1992, when I
commenced my articles" Jonathan commented. "It is good to be back
in the profession after a break, and to be able to work for a high
profile firm with a reputation like Talbots is extremely
exciting."
Martyn Morgan, Talbots' Senior Partner, said "Jonathan's
expertise in residential and commercial conveyancing is good news
for all our clients. In particular, dealing with the high-end
residential transactions and acting for developer clients in site
acquisitions and subsequent plot sales" He continued "We are
delighted to have Jonathan join the Wolverhampton Property
Team.We feel there is real scope for him to make a huge impact in
the market there."
And the clay pigeon and game shooting reference? "To be good at
either sport" comments Jonathan, "you need patience, a steady aim
and a high degree of skill to hit a rapidly moving target. The
property market sounds very similar, so I hope these transferrable
skills will serve me and Talbots well!".
