Nottingham Racecourse has launched a pay-as-you-go conferencing package targeting local businesses. Prices are allocated on an hourly basis and meeting rooms can be booked as late as two hours before arrival.

The first hour is priced at £50 +VAT and prices gradually decrease on the hour throughout the day. The package aims to fill a gap in the local market by offering last minute booking opportunities which are both flexible and affordable. The racecourse has launched the package as a result of client demands for more reasonable meeting and conference options with short lead-in times.

Ideally located just two miles from Nottingham City Centre and set within Colwick Park's 280 acres, Nottingham Racecourse represents a unique venue offering greenery and open space. The racecourse is better known for its top racing calendar throughout the year, however, when the course is not hosting a racing fixture the venue boasts 15 suites accommodating 12 - 200 people.

Nadia Gollings, commercial manager at Nottingham Racecourse said: "At the racecourse we appreciate the economy has orchestrated a more financially sensible mind-set for event organisers across the country. We wanted to create a package which reflects current fiscal actualities and we have introduced pay-as-you-go conferencing to make it easier for our clients to book simple and easy packages with no frills attached."
