What was pleasing is that we managed to achieve a letting within days of Fedex's lease expiring, hence mitigating the void holding costs to our clients, which is important in these days of void rates liability. The deal  was agreed and completed very quickly, which came about after a previously agreed transaction had fallen through at the last minute due to the start of the 'Arab uprising' in the Middle East and the oil price increase which affected the buyer.
