Critical considerations to buying and selling companies go under
the spotlight when business advisers from Harvey Ingram, the FD
Centre and PKF, host a joint seminar on September 7.
The event will feature presentations from Harvey Ingram
corporate partner John Stobart, Jon Pollett of the FD Centre, and
Rabby Persaud of PKF. They will outline how successful exit
strategies can be built into business plans, identify key routes to
market and highlight what buyers look for. Presentations will also
look at the legal and tax challenges around business deals, explain
how companies are valued and review financial and non-financial
elements in commercial planning - including the potential
pitfalls.
The seminar will be informal, interactive and straightforward
with question and answer sessions following presentations. It gets
underway shortly before 8am. A breakfast buffet will be provided
and the morning will be an excellent networking opportunity for
