GVA's Office Agency team has been appointed to market 9 Quinton Park, a 28,000 sq ft Grade A headquarters style building, which is part of the successful Quinton Business Park development, located off J3 of the M5 motorway, only six miles from Birmingham city centre.

The three-storey building is the only office available in this size bracket along the West Midlands M5 corridor. 9 Quinton Business Park is for sale on a long leasehold basis (141 years remaining), or can be let as a whole, or on a floor by floor basis. The quoting rent is £15 per sq ft, with generous incentive packages available.

Andrew Venables, director within GVA Birmingham's Office Agency team comments: "It is rare to find a building of this size and quality to be vacant along the West Midlands M5 corridor. 9 Quinton Business Park is ideal for companies with a car-borne workforce, or is well suited to a regional headquarters operation. We are already liaising with a couple of interested parties who have requirements for office premises located between Junctions 1 - 7 of the M5 motorway."

9 Quinton Business Park is highly visible from both the North and Southbound carriageways of the M5 motorway, presenting the opportunity for the future occupier to display signage that is prominent to passing traffic. Features of the building include a double height reception area, large open plan floor plates, air conditioning and a generous car parking ratio.

Andrew Venables adds: "The building already benefits from Cat 5 cabling and there is also some partitioning in place. This is of benefit to ingoing occupiers, providing a cost-conscious property solution in a highly popular location."

Existing occupiers at Quinton Business Park include St. Modwen, RPS, Serco, the Highways Agency, Wates Construction, VTG Rail, Amey and Linpac Allibert.
