Acting on behalf of Wilson Bowden Developments, the Nottingham
office of DTZ, FHP and Mather Jamie has successfully let a unit at
office scheme, Redwing Court on Willow Farm Business Park in Castle
Donington.
Trelleborg Wheel Systems UK Limited, part of the global
Trelleborg Group, has taken a 2,414 sq ft office building as part
of their regional expansion plans.
The company opted to locate at Redwing Court due to its
accessibility to the East Midlands and East Midland Airport.
John Westwood, Managing Director at the Trelleborg Wheel Systems
UK operation, commented: "Redwing Court not only supports our
premium brand position, but also gives easy accessibility to our
customer base."
Helen Longstaffe, Director at DTZ in Nottingham, added: "We are
delighted to have secured such a high profile company as Trelleborg
to the scheme and this, together with other recent deals, confirms
the attraction of Redwing to occupiers. In addition, there are now
design and build options available at the site of up to 30,000 sq
ft."
