A business software company in Sutton Coldfield has created five
new jobs after securing a host of new blue chip clients.
IT Performs is expanding its team to meet demand from companies
who want to invest in Business Intelligence software to help their
staff identify areas and processes where costs can be reduced and
efficiency improved.
Strengthening the customer support team and providing more
on-site consultancy, the new members of the team will train clients
to make the most of their business intelligence and data
warehousing solutions.
With a wealth of industry knowledge, 37 year-old Damien
Benton-Ford has been appointed training manager and will be driving
IT Performs latest SAP Business Objects Training Division offering
public and private courses to corporate companies and IT
professionals.
Damien, who is a member of the Institute of IT Training,
accredited SAP Business Objects Enterprise Certified Professional
(BECP) and a Crystal Reports Certified Professional (CRCP) said:
"IT Performs already has a reputation for leading the market and
I'm excited about this opportunity to further develop our range of
training programmes and bring them to a wider audience."
Simon Grey, 49, joins as a Management Consultant and will be
heading up ITP Advantage, the Performance Management Division. With
thirty years experience, Simon was previously at Virgin Media where
he worked as the Head of Business Intelligence. Commenting on his
role, Simon said: "IT Performs is at the cutting edge of business
intelligence and I'm looking forward to dispelling the myth that
it's simply a technology issue. IT Performs offers the full package
and I'm looking forward to hitting the road and showing how, by
putting our customers first, we can help them increase revenue and
reduce costs."
Joe Connolly has thirty years experience working in business
intelligence and joins IT Performs as Head of Finance for Business
Intelligence. As a Cambridge graduate and chartered accountant,
Joe, 58, will be overseeing the continued expansion of the Business
Objects Budgeting, Planning & Consolidation (BPC) division of
IT Performs delivering innovative and cost-efficient projects on
time and under budget.
With over twelve years experience in leading Application
Development, Software Quality and Service Delivery teams, Anahita
Saghafi is the newest senior Business Intelligence Consultant at IT
Performs. She brings with her expertise in best practices and
frameworks such as PRINCE2 and ITIL, together with a breadth of
technical skills in Business Intelligence and Data
Warehousing.

Based at IT Performs head office in the West Midlands, Rachel
Keating, 36, joins the company as Business Intelligence Support
Consultant. With a customer support focus, Rachel will be
overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ITP Care Support System
Help Desk.
