The Nottingham office of global real estate services firm, DTZ
has been appointed to market three office buildings around the
city.
In the first of the hat trick of instructions, DTZ's business
space team will be marketing Avalon Court, located on Kent Street
in the city centre. A self-contained, prominent building, Avalon
Court offers refurbished office suites to let from 3,000 sq ft to
30,322 sq ft, with open plan accommodation across four
floors.
A short distance away is 2 Castle Boulevard, a four storey
period building, formerly used as a mill, which DTZ is marketing
for sale or to let. Located within walking distance of Nottingham
railway station, the building benefits from high ceilings and good
natural lighting and has open plan accommodation available from
1,654 sq ft to 17,811 sq ft.
The building has planning consent for offices and D1 usage (a
clinic or health centre) and flexible short-term leases will be
considered. In addition, consent has also been secured to extend
the property and provide up to 20,000 sq ft of self contained
space.
Completing the trio of instructions is office building, 1 Mere
Way, part of Ruddington Fields Business Park, six miles south of
Nottingham city centre.
Located in a prominent position at the entrance to the business
park, the property comprises a detached, two storey headquarter
building constructed in the early 1990's. Inside, there is well
specified, open plan accommodation in suites to let from 6,842 sq
ft to 28,513 sq ft.
Ruddington Fields Business Park is located in a landscaped
setting in close proximity to Ruddington town centre. Other
occupiers at the park include, Nottinghamshire County Council,
Experian, Welcome Financial Services and Quotient Bio Research
Clinical.
Helen Longstaffe, Business Space Director at DTZ in Nottingham,
commented: "We are delighted to have been appointed to market these
three diverse properties across the city. Whilst all quite
different, they all offer flexible space in central or accessible
locations and would suit a wide spectrum of occupiers."
