The Healthcare and Corporate teams at national law firm Weightmans LLP have been successful in their tender under a new Framework Agreement for the prestigious Royal Wolverhampton Hospitals NHS Trust. 

Under the agreement the firm will provide legal advice to the Trust in the areas of NHS Governance and Public Law; Healthcare Law; Primary Care Services; Mental Health Law; Employment; Contract and Commercial Law; Property; Corporate Finance and PFI/PPP Projects including schemes.

Tony Yeaman, Weightmans' national head of Healthcare based at the firm's Birmingham office, said:

Weightmans' Healthcare team currently advises more than 140 NHS Trusts and other bodies, and is appointed to many of the major Healthcare consortia.

The firm will advise on a range of public sector and commercial disciplines. The Director of the firm's Public Sector Line Andrew Cooper said:
