A leading dental implant supplier is celebrating its birthday in style, by announcing that it has more than quadrupled its turnover during its first three years in business.

Shrewsbury-based Implantium recently celebrated its third birthday by holding a special staff party to mark the occasion, and the firm's founder, Jason Buglass, used the opportunity to update the team on the latest staggering sales figures.

"In addition to our impressive four-fold increase in turnover, we have seen the number of dentists using our cost-effective Implantium products more than double during the past 12 months alone, and we've recently been named as the second largest distributor of dental implants in Europe for the manufacturer, Dentium" explained Jason. 

"We launched Implantium to literally take the implant world by storm" he explained "and I know that some of the more traditional manufacturers were sceptical about how successful we could be. Our results speak for themselves though, and Implantium's success can be credited to the hard work our team has put in over the last three years. We've exceeded even my expectations!"

The company has continued to invest in growth, and recently moved to a brand-new facility combining state-of-the-art offices with considerably enhanced warehousing and logistics facilities. "The move has ensured that we're more than able to keep up with the growing numbers of clients switching over to us" explained Jason. "We're now in an outstanding position to capitalise on these promising foundations in the future, and I'm looking ahead to the next three years."

The company puts much of its success down to its willingness to push boundaries and try out new ideas, such as its exciting Implant Amnesty, where dentists interested in switching to the Implantium range are offered a like-for-like exchange of their existing supplies for brand new products to avoid having to carry surplus stock. Implantium also recently partnered with Professor Iain Chapple, from the University of Birmingham, to create a pioneering new double-ended force measuring probe that significantly improves the consistency and quality of periodontal measurement, and is investing in significant other product development initiatives.
