A Worcester based 'people' consultancy, Williams, has undergone
a total brand review and unveiled its logo, strap-line and website
to reflect a new range of services it can offer to
clients.
Now know as Williams - The People Experts™, the company
works with clients of all sizes, helping them avoid wasted profits
through bad hiring decisions, poor performance and employment law
mistakes.
Announcing the rebrand and the launch of the new website,
Managing Director Tom Leavesley, stated: "We've been planning the
rebrand of Williams for over 12 months and we are excited to
finally tell our clients and the wider business community what
we've been up to. We have been working hard on launching our new
services in the areas of performance management and HR advice that
complements the support we give companies in attracting, selecting
and assessing potential employees."
The new website, which can be found at
www.thepeopleexperts.co.uk provides a showcase of the new services
as well as news about the company and industry opinion.
The company, which has also recently moved to new premises in
the canal-side development in Diglis, Worcester, was set up 4 years
ago and currently employs six people.
About Williams - The People Experts™
Williams was incorporated by Tom Leavesley in August 2007 and
began trading as a niche recruitment consultancy focusing on IT,
Marketing, Finance and Engineering.
The Williams reputation grew and quickly became the trusted
partner for many companies seeking advice on all aspects of people
management.
Tom seized the opportunity to diversify and in November 2009
Adam Laidler joined as a Director and began developing services in
performance management, training and development and HR and
Employment Law support.
In July 2011, Williams was rebranded to Williams - The People
Experts™ to coincide with the launch of the ENGAGE, EMPOWER
and gro® services.
Today the team at Williams - The People Experts™ works
with a diverse client base of varying sizes and across industries,
all of whom recognise the importance of a robust people
plan.
