Stirling Technical Engineering Limited - telemetry, communications and energy solutions specialists - has signed a 10 year lease for 9,400 sq ft at SEGRO's Kings Norton Business Centre in Birmingham.

Stirling Technical, which has been established for more than two decades, has enjoyed organic year-on-year growth and has taken the decision to consolidate three locations into one secure base at Kings Norton Business Centre. The business has been based at KNBC for the past seven years, with two units on site and a further unit in Kidderminster. 

SEGRO leasing manager Jane Leedham said: "We are delighted to be able to meet the requirements for Stirling Technical's growing accommodation needs.

"We have invested in making Kings Norton Business Centre a pleasant and secure place to work, with maintained landscaping, 24-hour mobile security and CCTV. Add to that a diverse range of buildings and uses available and we're confident that we provide the premium business space in South Birmingham.

"Our customers always comment, when visiting us, about the clean and pleasant surroundings at Kings Norton and the diverse range of suppliers on site. Our business has steadily flourished since moving to here - and we are hoping our new move will help us to continue this trend."
