Licensees can pick up valuable advice on how to build their
business and increase profits thanks to a new magazine.
Freehouse, produced by award-winning publishers Summersault
Communications, is a new business-to-business publication delivered
to the 25,000 independent licensees across the UK.
It provides practical business advice to help readers increase
their profits, along with top tips and exclusive industry insight
supporting publicans in making the big decisions in how their pub
is run.
The magazine will cover food and drink, promotions, marketing
and equipment in a vibrant format with easily digestible material,
unavailable elsewhere.
The full colour 44-page magazine, edited by experienced pub
industry journalist Tim Hampson, Chairman of the British Guild of
Beer Writers, is published bi-monthly.
The first edition, published in September-October 2011, looks at
how licensees can boost profits by serving better quality food to
customers as well as preparing for Christmas, as well as the best
advice on outdoor shelters for smokers.
Future editions will include features on how to spice up a menu
with flavours from around the world, how to save cash and energy,
social networking, outside space options and developing wine and
cocktail lists.
