Staffordshire Internet Services company, Internet Central Ltd has made a key appointment to its sales team with David Cartwright joining as Sales Manager.

Mr Cartwright joins Internet Central from UK Solutions Ltd, where he was an account manager, and previously spent five years at Thus PLC.

Dave, 31, from Shropshire is bringing with him to Internet Central particular expertise in hosting and internet security solutions and is already working with Internet Central to expand the company's range of hosting and IT Security products from their IC Host and IC Secure portfolios.

Mr Cartwright joins at a time when Internet Central is expanding rapidly, with the recent appointment of three new members of staff and a strategic move into launching a new workplace recovery centre at Keele and a host of new products including a private cloud offering to SME's.

Mr Cartwright says: "I'm delighted to be joining Internet Central at such an exciting period when we are expanding our services to further help us become an extension of our customers' businesses. Internet Central has a fantastic reputation and is a leader in its field. 

One of the main reasons I joined Internet Central was the close knit team here and the strong emphasis it has on customer service. I'm really looking forwarding to building further on the relationships we have with our existing clients and getting an even better understanding of their business. My role is to help maintain the company's position in the UK market where it is already recognised and develop and implement a growth strategy in new markets."
