A leading weight loss counsellor who has helped 400 clients lose more than 522 stones in the past two years has decided to keep one of the most important ingredients in her recipe for success.

LighterLife counsellor Deborah Collins has renewed the lease at her offices at a peaceful, prestigious out-of-town office development in Worcester where she has experienced phenomenal success with her clients.

Deborah's business is based at the popular Whittington Hall development - high specification out-of-town office accommodation, managed by Blue Marble Properties, which has fabulous views of the Malvern Hills.

She has renewed the lease of the 800 sq ft office space at The Lodge, where she works with single-sex groups and provides counselling to clients to understand over-eating and develop new attitudes and techniques towards eating to enable them to lose weight, and avoid putting it back on.

Deborah was presented with an award last month (JUNE) for being in the top 30 performers of 330 LighterLife counsellors.

She said: "The Lodge at Whittington Hall is the perfect place for me to base my business so I had no hesitation in committing to a three year lease. The site offers excellent facilities for clients, boasts a lovely setting and benefits from excellent road links. Clients like the privacy of the site and feel safe and secure here.

"Further to my success as a LighterLife counsellor I have trained as a NLP practitioner and clinical hypnotherapist and have decided to base this branch of the business - Mind Over Body - at The Lodge. I will be offering coaching and hypnotherapy for stopping smoking, banishing phobias and weight loss."

David Clark, head of commercial management at Blue Marble Properties, said: "We are delighted that LighterLife has enjoyed such successful results from the Whittington Hall premises and to hear the positive feedback from Deborah and her clients.

"It is vital that clients using services like Deborah's find them easily accessible, and feel comfortable while they're in her care. The results Deborah has achieved in the past 24 months are remarkable and we wish her every success in the next three years at Whittington Hall. We will do everything we can to meet LighterLife's expectations and help the business continue to flourish."

Whittington Hall has now secured lettings amounting to more than 26,000 sq ft in the past 13 months - more than half of all office lettings in the Worcester district including the city centre and business parks, according to Chamber of Commerce statistics. There are suites ranging from 2,430 to 7,183 sq ft currently available.
