Nickless
A Redditch woman was jumping for joy after being voted 'Values
Champion' by her 700 colleagues at employment and training
specialists Pertemps People Development Group.
Deborah Nickless, received the award after staff at nationwide
branches of the business deemed that she not only lived the company
values but went the extra mile to help everyone around her.
The mother of four from Oakenshaw joined the group eleven years
ago and her hard work and positive approach to work has seen her
win this accolade.
"I am both thrilled and honoured to receive this award," said
Mrs Nickless. "It's a real humbling experience to be recognised by
those you work with, it took me by surprise but it's something that
I will really cherish."
Operations Director for Hereford and Worcester Simon Smithson
endorsed the views of his colleagues.
"Deb has worked across the two counties for the past four years
and has made a phenomenal impact on the lives of local people," he
said.
"She has worked tirelessly to ensure that individuals looking
for work have access to the best opportunities and are supported to
secure and retain employment.
"The title of company Values Champion is highly regarded by
everyone who has been supported by her or had the pleasure of
working with her. As a business with local, regional and national
offices, its fantastic that Deb has brought the award back to
Redditch."
